Anita is a Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Skills Facilitator with clinical experience. Anita is also certified in TEACH Mental Health Literacy (Mental Health and High School Curriculum Guide) created by UBCx and TeenMentalHealth.org. Her approach to problem-solving behavioural challenges is informed by the work of Dr Ross W. Greene of Collaborative & Proactive Solutions. With years of mindfulness training and yoga teaching experience under her belt, Anita’s specializes in imparting proven mental health and stress management strategies that can make a real difference for teachers and students alike.
